Payment Terms
All clients are required to pay 100% of the service fee upfront. This payment is binding and signifies the client’s agreement to the terms of the contract. As stated on all our invoices, “All sales are final,” and there are no refunds for any invoices issued.
Project Duration
Project durations vary based on the service provided. One-time projects typically span 30-45 days, while services like social media management and SEO are offered on a monthly retainer basis.
Non-Refundable Initial Deposit
For all projects, a non-refundable deposit, constituting 100% of the project fee, is required to commence work. This deposit is part of our commitment to delivering dedicated and uninterrupted service.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their services by providing a written notice 30 days in advance. This notice is necessary to avoid billing for the subsequent month. Please note that the advance payment is non-refundable, and cancellation does not warrant a refund of this deposit.
Refund Conditions
In exceptional cases where there is non-delivery of services or significant non-compliance with the agreed terms, Red Dash Media will bill up to the date of work completed. The remainder of the payment will be returned to the client via cheque.
Requesting Cancellations
To request a cancellation, clients must submit a written request. This request should be sent well in advance (at least 30 days before the desired cancellation date) to ensure proper processing.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute related to cancellations or refunds, Red Dash Media seeks to resolve such matters through mediation between the involved parties.
