Industries

The same disciplines, aimed at what a particular market actually rewards.

A restaurant and a residential developer both need search, social and paid media, and almost nothing else about the two jobs is the same. The buying cycle is different, the proof a customer wants is different, and the metric that decides whether it worked is different. These pages set out how the work changes once the market is fixed.

The sectors we have already worked in

Two industries have a page here so far. The work behind the others exists — it simply has not been written up yet, and a page with nothing behind it is worth less than no page at all.

Real estate is Mapsko Group, three decades of trust across NCR against an online version of themselves that read like a stranger. Restaurants and hospitality run from Ivy through Momo King and Moghul Caterers. Healthcare is Asian Institute of Medical Sciences; life sciences is Jubilant Biosys, the drug discovery arm of the Jubilant group. Energy covers Tata Power and the solar EPC work for Enernew. Manufacturing is Surya Roshni, Amrit Cement and Videotex — the last of which builds the technology inside fifteen of India's biggest television brands and was almost unknown by name. Mobility is Stryder and Volkswagen. B2B technology is Jabra. The institutional work includes the Indian Army and the Embassy of Italy in New Delhi.

Why the sector changes the work

The channels barely move. All of the above needed some combination of search, paid media, social and a site that holds up on a phone. What moves is who is deciding, how long they take, and what they need to see first.

A diner reads a few reviews and books a table that evening. A buyer at Mapsko looks at a project for months, visits twice, and talks to a spouse, a parent and a bank before signing anything. Jubilant's buyer is a procurement committee inside a pharmaceutical company on another continent, and the person who finds the page is rarely the person who approves the spend. Sell to all three the same way and you produce enquiries the sales team quietly stops calling.

It changes the reporting as much as the campaign. A restaurant cares about covers on a Tuesday. A developer cares about qualified site visits and what each one cost. Videotex cared whether anyone searching for a television panel supplier had heard of them at all. A dashboard built against the wrong number is worse than no dashboard, because it takes longer to stop trusting it.

The pages still to come

Hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing and energy are the next ones, and each is being written from work already delivered rather than to fill a gap in a sitemap. B2B has its own hub, because it describes who is buying rather than what they make.

If your sector is not listed, that does not mean we have not worked in it — the client list is longer than the pages are. Start at services for the disciplines themselves, or tell us what you sell and we will say plainly whether we have done it before.
