Your team will be in Delhi. That is worth saying now rather than letting you find it out on the third call: if what you want is people who will drive to your office on a Tuesday, we are not that, and we would rather tell you early than take the brief anyway.
What you get instead is a team that works your market every day and has done for years. If being in the room matters more to you than the work does, say so at the start — sometimes the honest answer is that you need somebody local, and we will say it.
What your market means for your plan
If you are in Australia, most of the outcome is decided by the local pack. People put a suburb in the query, your Google Business Profile does more work than a year of blog posts, and in plenty of categories nobody has taken the top spot yet. That last part is your opportunity, and it does not stay open indefinitely.
If you are in India, you are in a crowded market against competitors who are organised and a price ceiling that is lower than it looks. The plan has to earn its keep month by month rather than promise something a year out. Delhi and Gurgaon are the hardest markets we work in, which is the reason we know them as well as we do.
If you are in London, demand is enormous and so are the budgets you are up against. Everyone there has already done the obvious things, so what usually decides it is technical quality and how quickly your site works.
Working with us from another time zone
If you are in Australia, you send something at the end of your day and it is back before you start the next one. That is not clever scheduling; it is the time difference working in your favour.
The trade is that live back-and-forth is limited to a few hours in your morning, so anything needing three rounds is faster on a call than over email. We book those in your working hours rather than ours.
If you are in the UK, we overlap with most of your day, so it runs much like working with a supplier down the road.
