Built for your approval chain

A Leading Social Media Marketing Agency in Gurgaon

A good idea still has to survive the trip through your building. In Gurgaon that trip is usually the longest part of the job, so it is the part we plan around first.

You are probably a marketing, brand or comms manager working to a parent brand book written in another country, with a legal read on anything carrying a claim and two or three people above you who each want a look. That is a normal corporate setup and an entirely workable one — provided the agency plans for it in the first week rather than meeting it for the first time in month two.

We build for that chain rather than around it. Work comes to you in versions, with the alternates already made, so a note from legal or from the parent office is answered the same day instead of starting a new round. Everything is checked against your guidelines before you see it — the logo rules, the tone, the words your brand does not use. Content is banked a few weeks ahead, which means one stuck sign-off costs you a post, not a month. And somebody here has your approvals in their job description: chasing the reviewer who is travelling, holding the line on the dates, telling you early when something will slip rather than after it has.

Reporting comes once a month and stays short.

What you are buying is not a set of posts. It is a cadence your organisation can actually hold, and enough capacity in the process that your reviewers can do their job without the calendar paying for it.

The office is forty minutes away.

Our office is in Malviya Nagar in South Delhi — about fifteen kilometres, forty minutes on a clear run. In practice that means we come to you for the things a room helps with: the first planning session, a shoot, a quarter's calendar, a review your brand or legal team would rather do face to face. We will not promise a weekly drop-in, because a weekly drop-in does not make the work better. Everything else runs remotely, because your approvals already do. Your brand book sits in another city. Your reviewers join on a call. A desk in Cyber City would not move any of that. Same-day replies and a monthly report will.

What growth looks like

How Social Media Marketing Agency in Gurgaon Drive Business Growth

Growth on a Gurgaon brief has to hold up in a review meeting, which is a higher bar than a follower chart. What your sales team recognises is a name they already knew, a request for a specification sheet, an enquiry that arrives half-qualified. That is the growth worth reporting upward, and it is the growth we design the work to produce.

Take Enernew, a solar EPC firm here in Gurugram built on a 45-year cable and power infrastructure legacy. Its buyers are plant heads, CFOs and procurement leads. They were reading on LinkedIn long before they contacted anyone — comparing vendors, forming shortlists, deciding who looked safe to bring to a board. So the job was simple to state and slow to earn: be there, sound like a company with forty-five years behind it, and post often enough to still be there next quarter. Zero to 7,900 organic followers in six months. Instagram ran alongside as a visual record of sites and installations.

What comes back to you each month is the same shape: what went out, how it performed, what we are changing. Short enough to forward, specific enough to defend when someone in Head Office asks what the spend bought.

Services

Our Social Media Marketing Services in Gurgaon

Platform choice is not a menu. It is a decision you make from where your buyer already is when they start looking. Enernew sells solar EPC to plant heads, CFOs and procurement leads — people who read LinkedIn before they ever call a vendor. So LinkedIn is primary there, with Instagram running as a parallel visual track. Zero to 7,900 organic followers in six months came from that allocation, not from being everywhere.

Facebook Marketing

Still works for consumer footfall and local reach — Ivy Restaurant reached around 20,000 organic visitors a week here. Wrong for B2B procurement audiences, who no longer think of it as a work surface.

Reach and footfall

Twitter Marketing

Right if your leadership genuinely comments on policy, tariffs or sector news, and legal will approve fast replies. Wrong when every post needs three days of approval — the timing that made it worth posting is gone.

Sector commentary

Instagram Marketing

Right as a visual track beside LinkedIn: site work, plants, product, people, culture. Wrong as your primary channel when the buying decision belongs to a procurement committee that never opens the app.

The visual record

LinkedIn Marketing

Where most Gurgaon corporate briefs belong. Company page, executive profiles and employee reach together. Mapsko rebuilt theirs from scratch — connections, content, headshots, profiles. The case study has the numbers.

Where the buyer already is

YouTube Marketing

Worth it if you already film — plant walkthroughs, installations, product explainers your sales team can send after a meeting. Wrong if it means committing to a weekly upload nobody has budgeted to produce.

Something to send after a meeting

Pinterest Marketing

Genuinely useful for interiors, real estate visuals, food and lifestyle brands with a deep image library. Rarely right for industrial or B2B services. We will tell you when it is not.

Deep image library

Snapchat Marketing

Only sensible for consumer brands selling to under-25s, usually retail or QSR. For a corporate or an MNC's India arm, it is almost never the right place to put your budget.

Under-25 retail only

Social Media Content Writing

Posts that survive a brand book written elsewhere and a legal read, in one voice across channels. Also useful for employer brand and internal comms, which the team handles too. Wrong if you want volume without review.

One voice, past review

Social Media Reputation Management

Monitoring, escalation paths and agreed response lines, so nobody improvises a reply to a customer or an ex-employee at 11pm. Wrong as a substitute for fixing what people are actually complaining about.

Agreed lines, no improvising

Why it matters here

Why Your Business Should Be Using Social Media Marketing Services in Gurgaon

The head office brand is known. In India, you are still being checked. A plant head, a CFO, a procurement lead, a candidate weighing your offer against a domestic employer — all of them look you up before anyone picks up a phone. What they find is a global site, a press release, and whatever your India team has managed to post between other priorities.

That gap is what social media closes here. Not visibility for its own sake — evidence that the India arm is real, staffed, delivering work, and worth a meeting. LinkedIn does most of that job, because it is where those buyers already spend their time. Enernew, a Gurugram solar EPC, sells to exactly those people: plant heads, CFOs and procurement leads who were active on LinkedIn long before they contacted a supplier. From a standing start, the page reached 7,900 organic followers in six months. Consumer brands get the same benefit in a different shape — Ivy in Sector 50 reaches about 20,000 people a week on organic Facebook alone.

Your buyers are researching you either way. The question is whether they find anything.

Why us

Why Choose Red Dash Media as Your Social Media Agency in Gurgaon

Red Dash Media has run social media for Indian brands since 2014, and for more than 100 clients since. The team brings over 20 years of combined experience, much of it spent getting work past internal review.

Proven Track Record of Success

Enernew went from zero to 7,900 organic LinkedIn followers in six months, reaching plant heads and procurement leads. Ivy Restaurant's Facebook page reaches around 20,000 people a week. Mapsko Group rebuilt its executive presence with us — the case study has the detail.

Certified and Experienced Team

The people who plan your content are the people who make it and answer your comments. Strategy, design, copy and paid sit together, so a brand book note or a legal query gets handled in one conversation rather than passed down a chain.

Transparent and Data-Driven Approach

You see the calendar before the month starts, so your reviewers have time to read it. Reporting lands once a month and stays short enough to forward: performance against the plan, and the one thing we are changing next. Pricing is quoted per engagement — three-month minimum, one month's notice.

Methodology

Our Methodology for Offering Social Media Services in Gurgaon

Five stages. The first sets the rules, the middle three keep work moving through them, and the last one tells you what happened.

Scope

Before anything is designed, we agree what the work has to do and who signs it off. You name the reviewers, the guidelines that apply and the dates that cannot move. Most of what goes wrong later is a surprise at this stage, so we do the boring mapping first.

Bank

A brief stuck in review should never leave your feed empty. We build a buffer of approved, evergreen material — a few weeks ahead — that sits ready to go. When a launch post is held for a legal read, something already cleared goes out instead. Your calendar keeps running.

Route

Getting work through brand, legal and the parent's guidelines is the actual job. We write to the guidelines rather than around them, prepare the version review will accept, and argue for the parts worth keeping. Feedback comes back through one named person, not four inboxes.

Ship

Posting is the small part. Copy is checked against the approved version, so nothing goes live that review has not seen. Whoever wrote a post also answers its comments, which is how a plant head asking a technical question on LinkedIn gets a real reply inside the hour rather than a holding line.

Report

Monthly, and short enough to forward. Performance against the plan, the pieces worth repeating, and the single change we are making next month. Written so you can paste it straight into your own deck for your leadership — with the LinkedIn and Instagram numbers separated, not averaged into one figure that tells nobody anything.

Enernew

Enernew is a Gurugram solar EPC firm built on a 45-year legacy in cable and power infrastructure. Its buyers are plant heads, CFOs and procurement leads, and they research on LinkedIn long before a vendor ever hears from them. The company had no presence where that research happens. We made LinkedIn the primary channel and ran Instagram as a parallel visual track. From a standing start, the page reached 7,900 organic followers in six months — an audience of the exact people who sign off on industrial energy spend.

A Mapsko residential development in Gurugram

Mapsko Group

Mapsko Group has been delivering homes across Gurugram and wider NCR since the early nineties. The company was well known on the ground and close to invisible on LinkedIn, which is where institutional partners, channel partners and senior hires form their first impression. We rebuilt the presence from scratch around the people who run the business: professional headshots, rewritten executive profiles, a deliberate connection strategy and content that gave those profiles something to stand on. The client asked us to keep the numbers private. The full case study has the detail.

The dining room at Ivy, Sector 50 Gurugram

Ivy Restaurant

Ivy is a fine dining restaurant at Baani Square, Sector 50, Gurugram, in a neighbourhood where a table booked tonight is usually decided this afternoon. Paid reach was doing the work that organic should have been doing. We rebuilt the Facebook presence around food, room and occasion, posted to the rhythm of how people actually plan a meal out, and answered every comment and message. Organic reach settled at roughly 20,000 visitors a week, growing 11% month on month.

How we work

How Our Social Media Marketing Company in Gurgaon Can Help You To Grow

Most of what makes corporate social work land is operational: getting sign-off while the work is still current, catching a trend in time to use it, and keeping the calendar honest. These three parts of how we work are built around exactly that.

01

Dedicated Account Managers

One person owns your account and learns your approval chain: who reads for brand, who reads for legal, and how long each takes. They build the calendar backwards from those dates and chase the sign-offs themselves, so you are not the one following up. That team also produces employer brand and internal communications posts for corporate clients.

02

Sharp Trendspotting

A trend only helps you if it can clear a brand book and a legal read while it is still current. We bring you the ones that can, and say plainly which to skip. For Enernew, the useful signal was what plant heads and procurement leads were already reading on LinkedIn, not what was moving on Instagram that week.

03

Quality over Quantity focus

Volume is the easy thing to promise and the easy thing to dilute. We would rather make fewer pieces that come out of three review layers intact than fill a month with work those layers water down. Enernew went from zero to 7,900 organic LinkedIn followers in six months on that basis, with Instagram running alongside as a visual track.

What you get

Deliverable Based Packages

01

Monthly deliverables

The scope names counts, not categories. So many posts, so many carousels, so many short videos, so many LinkedIn articles, all agreed before the month starts. LinkedIn usually carries the weight and Instagram runs beside it. Comment and message handling is included, with response lines signed off in advance so an ordinary reply does not need its own approval. Employer brand posts and internal comms can sit in the same scope when you want them.

02

Review built in

The month's plan reaches you as one batch, early, so brand, legal and any regional reviewer see it together rather than one post at a time. The number of revision rounds is written down — two, normally — so nobody is guessing where they stand in week three. Where a parent brand book governs the templates, we build inside it, and tell you plainly where it works against the platform.

03

Monthly report

Reporting is monthly. The report is built to be forwarded: plain numbers, a clear read on what they mean, and the decision we would make next. Your reviewers get the same document you get, so you are not rebuilding it as a deck the night before a review.

04

Term and notice

Three months minimum. A channel takes roughly that long to tell you anything honest, and an approval chain takes a cycle or two to settle into a rhythm. After that, a month's notice on either side.

05

Why no price list

Two companies can brief an identical channel list and still need completely different work behind it. One has an in-house design team and needs the planning and the approvals run properly. The other has nothing and needs everything made. A published number would pad the first brief or quietly underserve the second. So the quote is built against your scope, and the scope is agreed before you are asked to sign anything.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Our parent company's brand guidelines are written outside India. Can you work inside them?
Yes. Send us the brand book, the templates and whatever the global team has already approved. We build a local kit inside those rules — grids, type, colour, tone — and show you where the guidelines are silent so you decide the rest. If something is a hard no, you will hear it from us before it reaches your reviewers, not after.
Everything here goes through legal. How do you handle that?
We plan for it. Claims, product names and anything about safety or performance get flagged in the deck before you circulate it, with a note on what would need substantiating. Captions go to you as text, early, so legal can read words without waiting for artwork. Nothing is designed twice because a line could never have cleared.
Who owns the accounts and the work?
You do. The pages, the handles, the admin rights and the finished files stay with your company. We are added as managers on your assets, never the other way round. If we stop working together, nothing needs migrating — access is removed and the working files, source artwork and content calendar are handed over.
We already have a marketing team. Do you replace them?
No. Most of our Gurugram work sits beside an in-house manager who owns the brand and the relationships inside the business. We take the production load, the calendar and the platform craft. You keep approval, direction and the internal context we cannot have. The team also picks up employer brand and internal comms where that helps.
What happens when a global campaign has to run here?
We take the master assets and adapt them for an Indian feed — cropping, language, festival timing, what the audience here will actually recognise. Anything we change is listed so you can show the global team exactly what was adapted and why. Where the original will not travel, we say so early rather than shipping a version that looks imported.
I have to report upwards. Will your reporting be usable?
Monthly, and built to be forwarded. Performance against the plan, plus the two or three numbers your own review actually asks for, agreed at the start so you are not rebuilding slides the night before. Enernew's LinkedIn went from nothing to 7,900 organic followers in six months, and that was legible to their leadership every month.
How long are we committed for?
Three months to start, because a slower approval chain eats the first few weeks and month one proves little. After that, one month's notice, whenever you want it. We price each engagement on its own rather than publishing a rate card, because scope inside a corporate is set by how many channels, markets and review layers are in play.
