Tata Power runs dozens of internal programs and segment-level marketing efforts. Each one needed an identity that felt distinct and unmistakably Tata at the same time.

We designed across the org  sitting under the master brand without drowning under it.

From the CEO’s desk to the factory floor.

We built the visual language for Tata Power’s internal voice.

CEO communications. HR emailers. Organisational updates that had to read the same in Mumbai HQ as at a remote site.

The brief: make a piece of paper feel earned. Result, framed, mounted, and photographed across sites within weeks of rollout.

Why we kept saying no to “one more idea.”

When you walk into a room full of agency wreckage, the temptation is to pitch big.
We did the opposite. For the first three months, we said no to every speculative idea and yes to every brief already on the table and shipped them faster than they had been pitched before.
Trust compounded. By month six, we were the ones being asked for the speculative ideas.
