Delivery capacity for agencies. Our work, your name on it.

05 services For agencies

Most agencies reach a point where they have sold something they do not have the team to build. This is the arrangement for that. You keep the client, the relationship and the margin. We do the work and stay invisible.

How it works

You brief us the way you would brief an internal team. We work to your process and your deadlines, and everything comes back unbranded, in your templates, ready to go out under your logo.

We do not contact your client. We do not appear in the reporting. If you want us on a call we will join as part of your team, and if you would rather we never appeared at all, that is the usual arrangement.

Pricing is per project or per retainer depending on how steady the work is, and it is set so there is genuine margin left for you. An arrangement that only works when you barely mark it up does not last.

Most of the agencies we work with are not in India

This part of the business was built for agencies abroad. India is where the work happens, and it is a large part of why the economics leave you a real margin rather than a nominal one — but it is not something your client ever has to think about, and on current arrangements they never learn it.

The question we get asked first is almost never about capability. It is some version of “how does this work when you are eleven hours away”.

How the time difference actually plays

The gap is usually described as a problem and is more often the reverse: you brief at the end of your day and the work is waiting when you open your laptop the next. For production that is a genuine advantage, and it is the reason overnight turnarounds are possible at all.

Where it does cost you is approvals. A question that would take twenty minutes to settle in your own office takes twenty-four hours if it is missed. So we hold a fixed overlap window every working day rather than claiming to be available at all hours, which nobody sustains past the second month. Inside that window you get answers; outside it, work gets done.

Three of these are SEO. Here is the difference

It is a fair thing to be confused by, because the confusion is real: white-label SEO, SEO reselling and SEO outsourcing are the same craft bought three different ways. The same people do the work. What changes is the commercial shape, and that changes which one suits you.

White-label SEO is retained. We act as your SEO team month to month — technical work, content, links — and the reporting arrives in your template on your schedule. Reselling is that same delivery packaged: fixed scope, fixed price, your margin set by you, so you can quote a client on Tuesday without asking us first. Outsourcing is per project: you have more work than people this quarter and you need it cleared without adding headcount you will not need in April.

If you are still unsure, the question that settles it is whether you want a monthly team, a price list, or a pair of hands for six weeks.

Why there are no logos on this page

Every other part of this site names its clients. This part cannot. The whole arrangement depends on nobody knowing we were involved, and the agencies we deliver for get exactly the silence you would get.

That is the only reassurance worth anything here. An agency willing to show you its white-label supplier’s logo would be willing to show yours.

The two ways this goes wrong

The first is scope. An agency sells something before anyone has costed it, then asks us to make the estimate fit the price already quoted. We will tell you what the work actually takes and let you decide what to do about the gap. What we will not do is agree to the number and quietly deliver less, which is how most of these relationships end.

The second is distance. If we never speak to the client and you are busy, feedback reaches us third-hand and a fortnight late, and the second round costs more than the first. The fix is not for us to contact them. It is a standing fifteen minutes with you each week.

Both are fixable when they are named in the first month. Neither is fixable in the third. If you want to talk through which of the five above fits what you have sold, tell us what you have promised and by when.
